“We recently worked with Vanco on an addition to our home, and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. Steve and his staff are all extremely professional and courteous. Communication was always clear and prompt, and we knew what to expect every step of the way. Most notably, the project ran slightly ahead of schedule, which is almost unheard of with construction. The team was as efficient as possible and Steve phased the project such that one crew would come in as soon as the next one finished, with no down time. Although he had prepared us that unexpected delays could arise, we were fortunate not to have any (and realized that some things would have been out of the team’s control!) There was also minimal disruption to our day to day lives, and the team worked with us to figure out the best times/dates for certain aspects of the project and to warn us when we’d want to be out of the house. Steve and team were also happy to talk through any questions or changes that came up and help us figure out the best way forward. The addition looks great and we are so excited to have the new space in our home. “Thank you for such a great experience building our custom home in Warren. From the start, it was not an easy project. From a complicated lot with numerous constraints on water and soil management to dealing with literally a rocky start to the foundation, everything was managed in such a way that only “built” our confidence that we chose the right people to work with after putting out the project to bid as we worked with Beer Architectural Group, LLC on the design side.
The most rewarding part of the three-year journey was working as a team —your people, ourselves, and Beer Architectural Group as well —during onsite meetings to discuss not only progress but also field the constant decisions to be made as part of the usual course for a large project.
From start to finish, everything came together wonderfully, even taking into account working with a troublesome stone vendor that went through a company sale process and left us with terrible delivery promises that needed constant attention.
The first bonus was choosing Vanco Millwork, Inc. for all of the millwork needs in the home. Their great work, along with the obviously tight integration with the build side made for a seamless experience for what otherwise might have been another complexity for us to deal with.
The second bonus was the follow-up, after giving us the keys, to help us with a few
minor issues in an extremely fair and timely fashion. All of the above gives us great
confidence to say that anyone working with Vanco Construction will be well taken

“Top-notch construction and crew. Renovated our entire top floor and created two Master Suites. Even though we had an architect, Vanco bought us some truly innovative ideas that will stand the test of time. Everyone that came to our home was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. With supply chain issues, the team still found ways to keep the job moving in order to meet the deadline. The custom cabinet work they did was off the charts. From the closets to the bathroom vanities, you couldn’t ask for higher quality. We are tremendously happy that we took their advice on many items. “We hired Vanco Construction to build our dream home. After interview¡ng several builders, we selected Vanco because Steve Vanadia was professional, responsive, knowledgable, and organized. lt was clear he could deliver the finished product we wanted. Vanco’s staff was courteous and competent. Steve and his crew worked very well with our architects and our designer. He selected top-drawer subcontractors and made sure they delivered a quality product. We also used Vanco Millwork, and the two companies, as expected, worked well with each other. We would recommend them both. When the project was complete, and we moved in, Vanco Construction was there to answer questions and to make sure any loose ends were addressed in a timely manner.
